Retirement Savings
Planning is for the future is the key. KCMG’s saving and investment plan can allow employees to save towards their kids' college education, purchase a home or car, a special vacation or early retirement. As of 1, 2005, newly hired employees are eligible for the programs described below.
KCMG Savings Plan -- 401(k) Retirement Program
KCMG offers as 401(k) retirement plan through Primerica Financial Services. KCMG will match up to 3%. Employees can contribute any amount they choose too. All payroll deductions are on a pre-tax basis. Employees are eligible to participate in the program immediately upon hiring.

Work and Personal Life Balancing
Yes, vacation! KCMG encourage employees to take vacation time to relax. You automatically begin accruing vacation days after working three months with KCMG.
KCMG offers five sick days per year. Any unused sick days by
December 31, 2007, will not be carried over or paid out.
KCMG also offers ten holidays a year. If a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, KCMG will observe it on the Friday before or Monday after.

Additional Programs
Who knows who? KCMG realizes its staff has connections with a lot of talented people. For this reason, KCMG offers an award program for referrals that are hired by the company.
Employee Referral Program
This program offers KCMG employees an opportunity to help bring more talent to the company. Employees can refer someone they know to interview with the company. If an employee’s referral is hired, they will receive $500 after the new hire completes 80 project hours and the last $500 when they completes 320 project hours.
Certification Program
We can help you. KCMG believes its staff should be as efficient as possible. We provide different tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and PMP certification programs to help our staff to be as productive as possible.
